Shipping & Pre-Order Policy

Production & Pre-Order Window:

All pieces from RAAH Studio are hand-modified to order in limited drops.

• Production Lead Time: Each timepiece requires 2 to 3 weeks from order confirmation for precision micro-dial fitting, optical gel installation, module sealing, and quality testing.
• Dispatch: Once your unit passes inspection, it will then be shipped. Upon shipping, you will receive an automated tracking notification.

Domestic & Global Shipping

• UK Orders: Sent via Evri Tracked 24 / 48 (1–2 business days transit after build completion).
• International Orders: Sent via Tracked International Courier (5–10 business days transit after build completion). Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
